Henry Norton
Henry set up RW Search with a simple aim, matching the top talent with the best companies. His role at RW Search encompasses setting strategy of the organisation whilst also running the minimally invasive surgical sector. Henry has a passion for technology especially in the devices space and has a genuine interest in matching the best candidates with the most innovative companies. In order to provide the best service.
Previously Henry has a background of executive search in the Medical Devices + Oil and Gas Sectors as well as founding a retail business with successful growth and exit. Outside of work Henry is an adventurer who loves the outdoors. He is a keen surfer, skier and mountain bike rider.

Oliver Gannon
Oliver is the Director of the Cardiac and Vascular division at RW Search; working with clients across the Globe to have a positive impact on their recruitment strategy. Brought into the RW Search leadership team as someone who brings experience from a past recruitment career, as well as a co-founder of a CRM company; he synergises these experiences to propel his understanding of corporate strategy within a globalised world, whilst maintaining the customer service orientation that propels RW Search as a people centric company.
When not working on recruitment, Oliver is a keen sportsman, having played Ice Hockey since the age of 5, and currently representing an EIHL 2 team. On top of this, he is a keen skier having raced in Canada, UK, France and Switzerland in the past.
