I am currently looking for a manufacturing engineer/industrialization engineer to work for a highly funded and progressive company who have developed a unique robotic system. They are marrying together the benefits of robotic surgery and the workflows of laparoscopy to bring a cost-effective solution that benefits the surgeon, the patient and the health system equally. In this role you will support the industrialization, continuous improvement, and manufacturing ramp-up of single use components and accessories. Developing the manufacture of instruments in collaboration with suppliers you will work with user feedback to implement changes with R&D manufacturers, managing improvements and adapting to customer feedback. Someone who has worked on high volume assembly, semi complex assembly will have a lot of the right experience.
