W Search is looking for a Territory Manager to join an exciting Cardiovascular company that has recently been on a very high growth trajectory. Working with the US Sales & Marketing team in a collaborative and cross-functional setting, the Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, servicing customers and building a strategic business plan. This is achieved through effective targeting, utilization of market analytics, customer relationships and market expertise.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Builds and implements a Territory Sales plan for his/her territory.
- Achieves annual sales quota as well as orders targets.
- Actively participates in the development of a yearly sales budget for its area of responsibility.
- Analyzes and reports on competitor and customer activities in the field.
- Builds strong relationships with key customers in his or her given area.
- Experience Requirements.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Clinical understanding on the Atrial Fibrillation process.
