Territory Manager

Working with the US Sales & Marketing team in a collaborative and cross-functional setting, the Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, servicing customers and building a strategic business plan. This is achieved through effective targeting, utilization of market analytics, customer relationships and market expertise.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Builds and implements a Territory Sales plan for his/her territory.
  • Achieves annual sales quota as well as orders targets.
  • Actively participates in the development of a yearly sales budget for its area of responsibility.
  • Analyzes and reports on competitor and customer activities in the field.
  • Builds strong relationships with key customers in his or her given area.
  • Experience Requirements.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Clinical understanding on the Atrial Fibrillation process.

CRM & Diagnostics Regional Sales Manager

RW Search is representing one of the most exciting and admired medical device companies, who are searching for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales division for their rapid expansion.

  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    • Ensures that the assigned region meets or exceeds sales and profitability objectives.
    • Manages and coaches the activities of sales representatives, clinical representatives, and other field personnel.
    • Achieves annual sales quota as well as orders targets.
    • Actively participates in the development of a yearly sales budget for its area of responsibility.

  • Experience Requirements.
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required plus 7-9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Ideally experience in Interventional Cardiology, EP, or CRM products is strongly preferred
    • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience within CRM.
    • Clinical understanding on the CRM process.

Sales Representative

RW Search is recruiting for one of the leading manufacturers of cardiovascular companies in the world. 

Our client is looking to add to their Vascular Intervention Sales Representative Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining market share and achieving sales quotas in the coronary vascular intervention business by promoting, selling, and servicing our clients products within an assigned territory. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service our clients products and services to existing and competitive customers
  • Develop and implement quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Builds relationships with key stakeholders (physicians, hospital administrators, Allied Healthcare Professionals, etc)  

Your Profile 

  • Experience selling coronary vascular intervention products is strongly preferred
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Natural ability to sell
