Product Manager for Downstream Marketing

I am currently recruiting for a product manager to play a key role of launch activities in the US for a highly innovative surgical robot, the company are the first to market in their field. You would be responsible for the US market launch doing pre launch activities; you will develop the launch strategy, build brand awareness in the US, attend events and congresses. As you are aware product launch is critical and you only get one shot, so you will need to have what it takes to make this a success.

Electrical Engineer

I am currently working with a surgical robotics company who are searching for an electrical engineer to develop the R&D of the electrical element on a spinal robot solution. The company are a start-up who have major plans, are well funded and have an incredible technology roadmap.

Is the role for you?

  • Medical Devices Electrical engineering on capital and complex equipment

Mechanical Engineer

You will

  • Work within a multidisciplinary R&D team to design and integrate robotic mechanisms, sensors, motion units and wiring into the product.
  • Manage subcontractors through all stages of product development.
  • Be the technical expert from the concept phase up to the production line.
  • Take part in brainstorming, hands-on lab work and product design tasks.

You have

  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on product design experience within a start-up environment (such as robotics/mechatronic design, surgical instruments, medical device, medical robotics).
  • Extensive and hands-on experience designing machine parts, sheet metal, welding, 3D printing and mechanisms.

Software Engineer C++

Industrialization Engineer

I am currently looking for a manufacturing engineer/industrialization engineer to work for a highly funded and progressive company who have developed a unique robotic system. They are marrying together the benefits of robotic surgery and the workflows of laparoscopy to bring a cost-effective solution that benefits the surgeon, the patient and the health system equally. Their unique approach makes the incredibly complex, simple.

In this role you will support the industrialization, continuous improvement, and manufacturing ramp-up of single use components and accessories. Developing the manufacture of instruments in collaboration with suppliers you will work with user feedback to implement changes with R&D manufacturers, managing improvements and adapting to customer feedback. Someone who has worked on high volume assembly, semi complex assembly will have a lot of the right experience.
