RW Search is currently working on a head of marketing position for a highly innovative start-up dental business. The organisation offers a suite of alignment solutions coupled with consumer products.The VC backed business has a shared goal and vision and are looking for someone who can build frameworks, process and requires an entrepreneurial skillset in order to leverage relationships and build the brand. You will design your regional strategy and leverage resources and marketing tools to increase the footprint across the APAC market.
Your role will be full on and require you to leverage KOL networks with dentists across APAC but mainly in the core markets of Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia. The main scope of the role will be to influence dentists and persuade influence strong adoption of the products and increase awareness. The team operates a rather flat structure, and is more matrix than hierarchal, as they work towards one common goal. Your team and responsibility will increase over time as this organisation are in rapid growth phase.
